Our mission:

to pursue the mission of the International Federation of University Women (IFUW) and the New Zealand Federation of Graduate Women (NZFGW)
to strive for peace, cooperation, sustainability, and respect for human rights and security
to improve the status of women and girls
to promote lifelong education and research
to support women at local, national and international levels
to encourage graduate women to use their expertise, knowledge and skills to effect change
to work for the opportunities and education for women and girls that will enable each one to achieve a sense of personal fulfilment and contribute freely at all levels of public and private life.
